Buying a Fender Custom Shop strat on-line is not something you undertake lightly, and frankly I was apprehensive not being able to try it out. But Rolly's detailed guidance every step of the way on specs, set-up, playability, sounds, etc. made all the difference and proved to be spot on. Super guy, super service.

For nearly 40 years I've stared longingly at Les Paul's in Guitar Shop windows (and more recently on Rolly's Facebook page). Being somewhat lacking in musical ability has made it hard to for me to justify investing in an such an instrument, but when an opportunity to do so arose recently there was only one place to go. Rolly couldn't have been more helpful and it was a real pleasure to visit him in Kenilworth to check out a 2016 Les Paul Standard in Desert Burst. It is now my pride and joy. You really won't get this kind of personal service in a big guitar store and to top it all off Rolly also makes a mean cappuccino ! I can't recommend Rolly's Guitars enough, given the chance I'd be back in a flash !

After looking for a JHS angry Charlie for a good while, I found one literally down the road, for a fantastic price. I went to pick it up, and was immediately offered a coffee, a chair, and then handed a custom shop strat to try the pedal. Rolly knows his stuff, and I had a great time swapping through his frankly amazing amp collection and discussing tones and gear. Great pedal, great service, great guy. I'll be keeping a close eye on his stock now in future.

I bought a Fender 65 deluxe reverb as well as a 59 reissue Gibson les paul from Rolly on two separate occasions. I couldn't be happier with how easy the transaction went and how happy I was with the amp and guitar. Both were packed really well and exactly as described. The 59 reissue in particular is on another level of brilliance. I've been watching Rollys page for a couple of years and was impressed with the stock he had and the prices, also the feedback I had seen looked great. I'm another happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Rolly again. I just need to save up the pennies again :)

Having been after a Les Paul for a while and being a follower of Rolly's page there was only one place to go. Visiting Rolly at his studio was a pleasure, he has a real passion for music and for high quality instruments, which shone through. The guitar was as described in mint condition and at a fantastic price!!. Many thanks again Rolly for the great service, the cuppa! and the Les Paul!. I saw a 2012 Fender American Deluxe Ash Telecaster on Rolly's site; I'd been after one for a while but couldn't find the right one. This Tele found me - I liked the looks and description immediately. I live some distance from Rolly's place so it wouldn't be straightforward to get there so I put off the decision. What I didn't know was that my wife then got in touch with Rolly and arranged payment and delivery. I first became aware that I was the new owner when the courier turned up at my door. What a great surprise - and thanks to Rolly for playing along with it. The guitar turned up exactly when promised (to my wife) and it was extremely well packed. Perfect condition and set-up so I've spent a couple of hours playing away already! It'll be gigging with me on the 17th June. I'll keep an eye on Rolly's stock in the future. Rolly's Guitars - highly recommended!

After a long hankering, I purchased a 2016 Gibson ES-335 ’63 Historic Reissue VOS last week. After paying, the guitar was with me in less than 48 hours. It was packaged extremely well. I was slightly dubious with the purchase, mainly because of the price - it was seriously cheap for what it is. However, the guitar arrived exactly as described. I would not hesitate to recommend Rolly and will most likely purchase another instrument when funds allow! Top bloke, who is very knowledgeable with what he sells. The reviews speak for themselves. I saw this 2002 CS 1960 Strat on Rolly's Facebook page and bought it sight unseen. I nipped up to see him, had a nice chat and walked off with a great guitar. It was exactly as he described it - I've never seen a 15-year-old guitar in such great condition. I got it for a Hendrix gig I'm doing next month with Mick Taylor and Jamie Dickson (of That Pedal Show and Guitarist mag fame), and it's perfect. Thanks, Rolly - I'm sure I'll be back!

I recently bought my second guitar from Rolly, a Prs 24 30th artist package, the first guitar being a custom shop fender Stratocaster 2015. The guitars are always described exactly as they are when they arrive. Communication is brilliant and always a swift reply. The guitars always come well boxed up and protected very well, delivery is always swift with a link for tracking your new purchase. The price is always a very big attraction, as they are the best around. Can't recommend the guy enough. I certainly would and most probably will buy from Rolly again in the future

I recently bought a LP Trad and an ES-335 from Rolly. They were both properly sent with a fast delivery to Portugal. The guitars are amazing, and corresponded well to their description. I bought them without even seeing them live. After a very good first experience with the LP Traditional I had no doubt in acquiring the ES-335 from Rolly. I can only say good things about the man. I've been a follower of Rolly's page for a while now. When I saw that he was selling a gorgeous looking reissue SG Standard, that I’ve been after for years, I got in touch as soon as I could, knowing that this type of guitar wouldn’t stay around for long.
It was simple to arrange a viewing, as I’m only 40 mins away, and his shop is easy to get to and to park. Having played it through his wonderful pedal board and Mesa amp it was a no brainer for me to take it off of his hands.
What impressed me most is that Rolly is an honest, genuine and friendly guy with a shared loved of quality guitars. The description for the SG on his site was perfectly accurate; he didn’t try any hard sell, he had quality gear for me to demo it though - even offered me a glass of wine! Wouldn’t get that at PMT. Add to that it was a very fair price for an instrument that will only increase in value, you can't ask for more really.
So thank you Rolly – good luck and I’ll no doubt be in touch!

Having found Rolly's Guitars through a friend on Facebook, I had only liked the page for about 4 days before seeing a beautiful Taylor 618e for sale. It took me about a week to make the decision to go for it and I have to say, I did have my reservations about buying a guitar online which I'd never even picked up, let alone played.
Needless to say, the instrument is exactly as Rolly advertised and is even more amazing to play than I had imagined. I whole heartedly recommend Rolly's Guitars for both quality and value.

Just about this time last week I was browsing through Facebook, when something from Rolly's Guitars caught my eye.
Can't remember why I started following Rolly - probably because he always has beautiful guitars for sale.
Well, this time was no exception. On display was a beautiful 2006 Les Paul Standard Plus in Light Burst. I immediately fell in love with this guitar and was very nervous that it would already be sold - until I managed to get hold of Rolly after about an hour or so and he told me it was still for sale !!
Within ten minutes we had sealed the deal and I am now the proud owner of this beautiful guitar. It arrived at my house on Thursday. It was exactly as Rolly described it and I can't believe how immaculate its condition is. I played it last night for the first time and it sings like a bird.
I cannot fault our transaction in any way and you should have no qualms whatsoever if you are thinking of buying a guitar from Rolly.
