This is such an amazing guitar. An absolute piece of art by Gibson. I’m a huge fan of these semi-hollow guitars by Gibson and this model is probably my favourite! It’s an upgraded version of the famous ES-335. Same building process, same construction, same pick-ups but it has amazing inlays, fantastic double binding a great Vari-tone switch (filter selector) that gives amazing extra tonal options. However just the straight plug and play sound is KILLER. So bluesy, jazzy…lots of air around the notes…

It’s from 2014 which was a FANTASTIC year at Gibson! They produced amazing period correct Historic models (Les Pauls, SGs, ES guitars). Even the most hardcore Gibson fans were very happy with the 2014 range.

This historic sunburst finish (ultra thin Nitrocellulose ) is going to age fantastically and the red colour will come out more significantly.

These are very very versatile guitars! From blues, jazz to heavy rock (think about Foo Fighters, Oasis) you can find Gibson Semi Hollows in almost every genres!

This guitar is in VERY NEAR MINT condition. Zero fret wear and the very clean scratch plate show that it hasn’t been played too much…It’s a very very looked after guitar as you can see on the pictures, no dings, dents or buckle rash. It’s got the VOS treatment at the Gibson Memphis factory so the metal parts are tarnished a bit but the guitar is very mint and fantastic!

Looks great, sounds great, plays great. Not a bad thing about it. It comes with its Gibson hard case and Gibson Memphis Certificate.

The 2018 price of these will be way above £3500 for the same model, with same specs. This guitar is a very EXCLUSIVE and VERY HARD TO FIND model, especially in this condition, so I’m sure it’s an awesome buy for £2300…SOLD
